Most appointments need to be made in advance. In the event that a new or urgent problem arises, we will do our best to accommodate each patient as the schedule allows. Always notify us as soon as possible if you will be late or must cancel an appointment. This simple courtesy allows other patients with possible urgent problems to be seen sooner.
Please provide a minimum of 24 business hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in an Open Time Slot Fee.
